What makes you think I can stick to this?
This is the most important question on this page and it deserves a real answer. The goal of MTM is not 100% perfect adherence — it is progress at the pace your brain can actually sustain. The program is specifically designed for the reality that ADHD brains have inconsistent energy, need external accountability, and will have weeks where everything falls apart. That is not a bug in your system. It is what we plan for. The coaching calls, the body doubling, the community — these exist specifically because willpower and information alone are not enough for our brains. You do not need to be a different person. You just need to show up once.
Is this just for stay-at-home moms?
Not at all. The MTM community includes full-time working moms, homeschooling moms, mompreneurs, and everything in between. Amy has personally been a corporate working mom, a homeschool mom, and a work-from-home mom. The system adapts to your season, not the other way around.
What if I fall behind on the course content?
There is no "behind" in MTM. The course content is self-paced and available whenever you are ready. Many members binge the videos in the first week and others work through one module per month. The live calls and community are where the ongoing support lives, and those are always current regardless of where you are in the material.
What format are the coaching calls?
Weekly on Wednesdays from 12 to 1pm ET inside the MTM app, which works like Zoom. Join live with video on or just listen and submit questions in the chat — either is completely fine. The calls are casual, warm, and nothing is off limits. A replay link is sent to all members immediately after each call. There are also no required questions ahead of time — just show up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly and quarterly memberships can be cancelled at any time with no questions asked. The lifetime option is a one-time payment with no ongoing billing. If MTM is not the right fit for your season, you can step out cleanly and come back whenever you are ready.
I already bought Tools + Templates. Is there overlap?
