I've read pretty much every book about ADHD on the market and am currently writing my own. These books are my favorite resources to recommend to those ready to learn about ADHD.
ADHD 2.0
This is a great first read on understanding ADHD. It's broken in to short chapters and easy to read even if you struggle with reading.
Radical Guide for Women with ADHD
This resource is exceptional. It's written more like a workbook with lots of questions to think through and process how ADHD has impacted your life. I highly recommend if you are newly diagnosed.
Your Brain's Not Broken
This short read has some really powerful analogies that have helped me tremendously in understanding my ADHD.
12 Principles for Raising a Child with ADHD
If you're looking for parenting tips for raising kids with ADHD, this book is exceptional. It's a great overview and I highly endorse it.
Personal
Loop Earplugs
These are a daily lifesaver for me in easing overstimulation. I can still hear my kids if they need but they lower the extra noise considerably. I wear them at home and in noisey places.
Skylight Calendar
I keep this on the shelf over my sink so that I can see what is on the calendar. I've had this for many years and the visual reminder really helps me.
Airpods Pro
I use these all day everyday. I listen to focus music when I work and music when I work out or do chores.
Apple Watch
I highly recommend the apple watch for moms with ADHD. All of my alarms hit my watch so I never miss them which is incredibly helpful.
Home + Family
Yoga Swing
This is the single best tool that I've purchased for my kids. Ours is in the family room and it is used constantly.
Laundry Cart
This laundry cart helps me so much. I try to to do a load of laundry fold laundry once a week and sort and fold once a week. This cart holds a weeks worth of laundry for our family of 5.
Drawer Units
All 3 of my kids have these units and they make it really easy for them to put their laundry away. All of their clothes fit in them and they all have labels.
Magnetic Chalkboard
This is the chalkboard that I use for our family command center. It's magnetic and I attach them with magnetic clips. I like that it's versatile.

Supplements
These are the products that I buy on a regular basis for me and my kids.
Multi-Vitamin for the Kids
We have tried everything on the market and these are the only vitamins all three of my kids will take. It's reasonably priced and very high quality.
Kid's Fish Oil
These are smaller size than most fish oil and my kids will take them without complaining.
Creatine
I take this creatine every morning in my green tea. It easily mixes in and has helped me develop muscle.
Collagen
I mix this with my green tea and creatine in the morning. It gives me extra protein in the morning and helps with knee and join pain and workout recovery.
Protein Powder
These are the clips that I use on our chalkboard and fridge. They are really sturdy and versatile.
B Vitamin Complex
B Vitamins are incredibly helpful for ADHD brains. They help increase brain function and aid the creation of neurotransmitters which can improve focus, energy and mood.
Fish Oil
ADHD is linked to having a deficit in Omega 3s which can have a huge impact on brain function. This fish oil is incredibly high quality and has been a great source of Omega 3s.
Sleep Complete
I have tried so many sleep supplements but this has been the most effective and helpful. It has a small amount of melatonin but also has L-Theanine and Ashwagandha. I take two every night to help me wind down.
Magnesium
I take two magnesium as part of my nighttime routine. It can help those with ADHD with quality of sleep, irritability and concentration.
Iron Supplement
Iron deficiency can have a big impact on those with ADHD and can change dopamine receptor activity. I take this supplement with my nightly routine.
