Sound familiar?

You thought you needed more effort and organization.

I did too. Maybe it looks something like this:

You've bought the planners, printed the chore charts and tried the apps.
Every new system works for about a week, then quietly falls apart.
You know what you should do. You just can't make yourself do it consistently.
The to-do list lives in your head, and it never turns off.
By 5pm you're overstimulated, short with your kids and out of patience.
You're starting to believe you're just not an organized person.

You're not lazy, and you're not bad at this.

Managing a home with ADHD isn't about doing everything. It's about reducing your mental load, supporting your regulation and doing fewer things well.

I've been there

My ADHD was diagnosed. It was even treated. But it wasn't managed.

I'm a 40+ mom with ADHD raising three kids with ADHD. I was diagnosed at five and have taken ADHD medicine most of my life. I thought if I just tried harder and got more organized, the rest would fall into place.

Then I had my third baby, perimenopause showed up, and every coping strategy I had stopped working. I was hiding in my room after 4pm and wondering what was wrong with me.

What changed everything wasn't more effort. It was a strategy that worked with my brain, and support so I wasn't powering through alone. My home stopped feeling chaotic once I changed 10 things.

Since then, I've helped thousands of moms with ADHD make the same shifts. Master the Mundane is where I walk you through them.

The 10 shifts

My 10 shifts, and where each one lives inside Master the Mundane.

In case it's been a while since you saw my video, these are the 10 things that made my home stop feeling chaotic. Knowing the shifts is the easy part. Living them on a random Tuesday with kids hanging on you is the hard part. That's what this is for.

Shifts 5 + 6

Take care of your brain first

5. Prioritize self-care and stimulation
6. Make time for interests and real downtime

Inside MTM: Bye Bye Burnout

Shifts 2, 3, 4 + 9

Do fewer things, well

2. Let go of timelines and focus on what you can sustain
3. Stop trying to fix everything at once
4. Anchor your days with three daily tasks
9. Focus on what works for you and let good enough be the goal

Inside MTM: Creating Capacity

Shifts 7 + 8

Give every task a lane

7. Use personalized tools and clear visuals
8. Get good at the basics with daily, weekly and monthly lanes

Inside MTM: Systems that Stick

Shifts 1 + 10

Stop powering through alone

1. Treat ADHD as something that needs accommodations
10. Stop looking for one magic solution and layer your support

Inside MTM: Coaching, body doubling + community

What you really want

What you really want is a home that runs on less effort.

Not a perfect house. A life that doesn't depend on you holding everything together by a thread. Systems that stick. A home that feels calm. And you, with energy left at the end of the day.

Dinner, dishes and laundry happen on a normal Tuesday, not only when company is coming.
You know what's for dinner before 5pm hits.
Mornings get everyone out the door without yelling (most days).
You have patience left at bedtime, even when the kids are dysregulated.
The clutter stops winning, and your home feels like a place to recharge.
When the week falls apart, you have a plan to get back on track instead of a shame spiral.

Not perfect. Just calmer, lighter, and more you.

Questions

Before you start

I've quit every system I've ever tried. Why would this be different?

Then you're exactly who this is for. Those systems weren't built for an ADHD brain, and you were trying to keep them going alone. Here you follow a path in the right order, with tools already made for you, and a live call and body doubling every week to help you keep going when the novelty wears off.

I'm pretty worn out. Can I really do this right now?

Yes. That's exactly why it starts with Bye Bye Burnout. You won't be asked to build routines until you've refilled your tank.

Why is this only available for 7 days?

The $7 first month is a thank-you for downloading the guide, and it's meant for right now, while you're ready to make a change. After 7 days, it goes away and Master the Mundane is the regular price of $147 a month.

Do I get Creating Capacity and Systems that Stick too?

Yes. All three courses are open to you from day one. Most moms start with Bye Bye Burnout, but you can see the whole path and move on whenever you're ready.

What happens after my first month?

Your membership continues at $147 a month. If it isn't helping, cancel from your account before your next payment and you won't be charged again.

What if I fall behind?

There's nothing to fall behind on. Watch one lesson this month and that still counts. Come back whenever you're ready.

Do I have to be on camera?

Never. Camera on, camera off, or replays only. All of it counts.

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis?

No. If your brain or your family works this way, you're welcome here, diagnosed or still wondering.

How do I cancel?

From your account, anytime. If you have any issues, you can email the MTM admin and she can do it for you. No guilt, no hoops.

You don't have to figure this out alone.

Get your energy back, make room in your days, and build systems that finally stick, with a coach who's been there and moms who get it.

$7 for your first month, then $147 a month. Cancel anytime.
This offer ends when your 7-day timer runs out.
