You know what you need.
Amy Marie Hann

You've read the advice. Kids with ADHD do better with structure and routine. Consistency matters. Keep the schedule the same, and things get easier.

Nobody mentions what happens when the parent handing out that schedule has ADHD too.

You already know what you need. Routine. Structure. Some kind of rhythm that doesn't fall apart the second life gets hard. You're not confused about that part.

You've made the laminated checklist that nobody, including you, actually follows. You've got a course sitting in your inbox and you never even watched the first video. A stack of planners with 95% empty pages. Maybe even the fancy calendar thing for the counter that you still don't really know how to use. You started the 30-day declutter challenge and made it to day three. You know what a good morning is supposed to look like. You know your kids need consistency. You know, you know, you know.

And yet here you are. Piles you can't get under control. That feeling of being busy all day and somehow accomplishing nothing. Snapping at your kids, then feeling like garbage about it an hour later. Watching other moms talk about their peaceful bedtime routines and wondering what's wrong with you.

Here's what's actually going on. You're managing your own ADHD, supporting the big needs of your neurodivergent kids, and staying on top of the boring tasks your brain hates, all at the same time. You're doing three full time jobs perfectly, all by yourself, with a brain that needs accommodations and support.

Even if you magically figure out how to accomplish one of these jobs, without tending to the other two, your life will still feel like a dumpster fire. It doesn't matter how much you check off the list or how clean and tidy your home is, if your kids are bouncing off the walls or melting down, your home isn't going to feel calm and peaceful.

If you've struggled and failed, it's not because there's anything wrong with you. It's because you are pursuing an impossible goal, and no amount of willpower will fix it.
Why nothing you've tried has worked.

Which is exactly why the generic strategies built for neurotypical kids and neurotypical parents never worked for you or your family. They only address one piece of this, and assume you only have this one job to prioritize.

Most miss the whole foundation of managing your ADHD. That's what leaves you chasing dopamine, waiting until last-minute stress and chaos set in before doing anything. Or prioritizing the shiny, interesting project over the necessary but boring task, like folding the laundry. So even with the plan in hand, you can't make yourself implement it without managing your ADHD well.

Doing these three jobs perfectly at once, without support or accommodations, is impossible.

What you actually need instead.

Instead, you need a framework built for exactly this: managing your ADHD, supporting your neurodivergent kids, and running your home, reframed in a sustainable way, with systems and tools that actually help you implement and maintain it.

But the last thing you need is another course that sits in your inbox unopened, or another book gathering dust on your nightstand.

You need a clear plan, broken into small, actionable steps you can put into your busy life right away. Zero fluff. And real, live accountability to help you actually show up and follow through.

Meet Amy.
Amy Marie Hann

I'm Amy, a mom with AuDHD raising three kids with ADHD/AuDHD. I was diagnosed with ADHD as a child, but was completely unprepared for how much harder life would get with motherhood, then with each child, and then eventually when I started perimenopause.

I worked hard to mask my struggles, doing the job of managing my home and family with excellence on the outside. The organized pantry and fridge. The decluttered closet. The pretty chore charts. I was working ten times harder than other moms to do this one piece well, and had zero energy left for managing my ADHD or supporting my kids.

"My life didn't look like a hot mess. But if you came over to my house at 4pm on any given afternoon, it sure felt like one."
What actually needed to change.
Amy Marie Hann

By 4pm each day, I was overstimulated, hiding in my room, and my kids were bouncing off the walls and melting down from big emotions. I eventually realized that if I wanted to be the safe person to help them navigate their big feelings and boundless energy, I needed more capacity than I had.

I needed change, but I also needed to redefine what it looked like for me to be on top of my home and family, because the Pinterest-perfect version I'd been pursuing wasn't sustainable. Clutter and chaos genuinely spike my anxiety, overstimulation, and stress, so how could I lower that chaotic feeling in a way I could actually sustain, when my natural tendency is pretty much all or nothing?

I needed systems and routines to lighten the mental load, but what I really needed was a new way of doing life, with realistic expectations that let me manage my own ADHD better, support my kids better, and stay on top of the boring things.

"I threw out everything I knew, read every book I could get my hands on, and then spent years tinkering. After lots of trial and error, I finally found my rhythm in motherhood."
What Creating Capacity actually is.

What actually brought the most change wasn't just a list of habits, but several counterintuitive mindset shifts. I'm not here to tell you that I do it all perfectly. Nope, I let go of that and instead have a realistic ongoing rhythm that has meant more mental energy for supporting my kids and pursuing my goals. I've written a book, launched a successful business, and am in the best shape of my life.

Creating more capacity wasn't about adding more to my already overflowing expectations. It was about shifting my mindset, clarifying my expectations, and creating realistic routines I can actually maintain. It also required finding my people and letting down my mask.

Creating Capacity is what I wish existed ten years ago. It's not another book you won't open, but six weeks of actionable guidance with zero fluff, live accountability, and real support. You'll have me and a group of women doing it alongside you. The moment you're in a room, even a virtual one, with other women living the exact same thing, it stops feeling like something's wrong with you and starts feeling like this is just how your brain works.

Here's exactly how it works.

01

Join before enrollment closes.

You'll get instant access to the private community so you can meet your group before Week 1 even starts, plus the Creating Capacity Kickoff Session, which goes live 8/21, a short welcome training that walks you through why this time is different before you even begin.

02

Show up live, six Fridays in a row.

10am–12pm ET, starting August 28. Each call is a live training, live Q&A, and guided time to actually implement the assignment, with me staying on the call so you can ask questions and do the work with real accountability, not alone at 11pm with good intentions.

03

Walk away with your own Daily Rhythm Blueprint.

Not handed to you all at once. Built one piece at a time, week by week, so it never feels like a 20-item list you're bound to abandon. By the end, you'll have your Daily Three, your self-care basics, your stimulation and fun, how you support your kids, and mornings and evenings that don't start or end in chaos.

Six weeks, building one piece at a time:

Week 1

Catching Your Breath

Your first 3 realistic habits, and the real reason nothing else has stuck: you've been managing unmanaged ADHD, not a broken personality.

Week 2

Stimulation Without the Spiral

Why your brain needs real stimulation, not another crisis, to get moving, and how emotional regulation starts with you, not more willpower.

Week 3

Regulate You, Regulate Them

The things every kid with ADHD needs from a parent, and why you can't pour from an empty cup: building your own capacity first so you can actually show up regulated for theirs.

Week 4

Mornings, Minus the Meltdown

A real morning routine built around your actual sleep needs, plus the transition tool that keeps one hard morning from wrecking the whole day.

Week 5

Evenings, Minus the Exhaustion

Ending the evening dumpster fire, plus reconnecting with your partner instead of quietly resenting who's carrying more.

Week 6

Finding Your Green

Your complete Daily Rhythm Blueprint, built to survive real life: sick days, vacations, and school breaks, so you never have to start from zero again.

Here's everything you get:

Six Weeks of Live Training and Coaching with Amy

Six 2-hour live calls, training, live Q&A, and guided implementation time each week, so you're not just learning the material, you're building your actual rhythm in real time with support in the room.

This isn't a fake countdown. Enrollment closes at midnight on August 27 because the challenge starts live the next morning, August 28, as a group. Once the six weeks begin, they begin together. There's no joining after Week 1's call has already happened.

This is my first time hosting a challenge in this format. I don't know yet if or when I'll run it again. I hope to, but I can't promise that.

Because Creating Capacity is a live, cohort-based experience with a limited group, there are no cash refunds. Here's what actually lowers your risk instead:

The Life Happens Guarantee.

If a genuine emergency — illness, a family crisis, work throwing you a curveball — causes you to miss more than half the live calls, you can roll into the next live cohort at no extra cost. No proof needed, no interrogation, just reach out and we'll get you into the next round. One rollover per purchase.

What if I miss just a call or two?

Every call is recorded and available to you for a full week after the challenge ends, so one rough Friday doesn't mean you're locked out. There's also an option to get lifetime access to all of the recordings.

What if this doesn't fit my specific situation?

It's built to be personalized. Nobody's daily three, sleep schedule, energy levels, or kid situation is identical, and this framework is designed for you to make it yours, not for you to copy mine exactly.

What if I've already tried everything and nothing has stuck?

That's exactly who this is for. Every system you've abandoned probably asked you to overhaul your whole life at once, or expected you to figure it out alone. This one doesn't, and you won't.

Quick Answers, No Fluff

Questions you probably have:

When are the live calls?

Six Fridays, 10am–12pm ET: August 28, September 4, 11, 18, 25, and October 2.

What if I can't make it live every week?

Replays are available for one full week after the challenge ends (through October 9). Lifetime access to the recordings is also available as an add-on at checkout.

What makes this ADHD friendly?

This isn't a productivity system built for neurotypical brains and handed to us anyway. It's built on real research into what actually works for ADHD brains: how we build habits, why willpower and discipline were never the missing piece, and what actually motivates lasting change versus what just burns us out faster. I've been teaching and refining this exact strategy for over 5 years, and it's helped thousands of moms with ADHD find a rhythm that finally sticks. I also teach with lots of visuals and break down concepts to avoid paralysis and overwhelm.

Will this help my kids too, or just me?

Both. A big part of this method is that your rhythm has to include supporting your kids' big needs, not just your own schedule. You'll walk away with tools built specifically for helping your kids too, not just yourself.

What if my child has autism, AuDHD, or other needs beyond ADHD?

This is built to flex around your specific family, not hand everyone the same strategies. You'll be guided to adapt each piece to your actual kids, whatever that looks like for you. On the live calls, I'll also give you prompts you can hand to an AI tool to help you think through how to personalize this for your own family. I've worked with many families with many situations over the years.

Is there a payment plan?

Yes. $347 as a one-time payment, or two payments of $197.

Do I need to have read the book or done Master the Mundane first?

No. This stands completely on its own. If you have read the book, this is you finally doing the work live with support instead of alone.

Is this a good fit if I'm newly diagnosed, or just starting to figure out my ADHD?

Yes. You don't need to have it figured out. This is a great first step in helping you understand how to support your brain and your children.

Is this a replacement for ADHD medication?

This is strategy and coaching, not a replacement for ADHD medication. I support a three-prong approach to managing ADHD: medicine, accommodations, and self care. Not everyone benefits from ADHD medicine, and that decision should be made alongside a trusted physician. This course covers the other two elements. I'll help you identify accommodations and create an ongoing, sustainable strategy for addressing your self-care needs.

What's the refund policy?

There are no cash refunds, this is a live, cohort-based experience with a limited group, and everything (the calls, the community, the replays) is built around that live start date. But if a genuine emergency causes you to miss more than half the live calls, you can roll into the next cohort at no extra cost. Just reach out, one rollover per purchase.

What happens after the six weeks end?

You'll have your own working Daily Rhythm Blueprint and the option to keep the call recordings for life. Many moms choose to join Master the Mundane to build out systems from here, but that's a decision for after, not something you need to figure out today.

This was never about willpower. It's about finally having the support your brain needed all along.

You already know you need a rhythm. You've known it for a while. What you haven't had is six weeks of live support, real accountability, and a group of women who get it — all pointed at helping you build one that actually sticks, instead of one more thing that falls apart the first time life gets messy.

Enrollment closes August 27 at midnight, because the challenge starts live together on August 28.
