My Life Changing Green Smoothie!

I’m telling you this smoothie recipe is life changing. Like FOR REAL! Add this stuff to your grocery list and start your day with it. I honestly don’t love smoothies for breakfast normally. I always feel great when I have one but this one has made such a huge impact by body is craving it!

1 cup filtered water
1/2 an Apple
1/2 a pear
1/2 a frozen banana
2 stalk of celery
1 small cucumber or 1/2 a normal one
2 cups spinach
1/4 Lemon
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 scoop of high quality collagen

Of course, organic fruits and veggies are best.

Make sure you have a good blender to make sure it gets smooth. This one has been working great for me. 

I drink half around 8 am and then store the extra in the fridge in a mason jar until after I exercise and shower.

It will give you body a natural energy boost and make your skin look AMAZING.

In terms of collagen, one thing to keep in mind is to make sure that it says HYDROLYZED COLLAGEN 2. That is the only kind of collagen that will actually become collagen once inside your body. Any other types of collagen won't have the same benefits for skin, hair, nails and joints. This one that I use also has hyaluronic acid so it will give you the FULL skin benefits.

If you want to take the DETOX up a notch, drink this smoothie every morning for 7 days. 

Add this supplement to your daily routine at morning and night.

Days 1-4, Eat normal meals of WHOLE foods. Eliminate sugar, dairy and processed foods.

Days 5-7, Drink the smoothie in the morning and in the evening. Take a 12 hour water fast between those two meals.
